I am renting out a 20m² simple furnished room (bed, table, drawer) in a 2-person shared apartment. The room has a small balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor, without elevator. The building is located in the district Wedding right beside the Mauerpark / Prenzlauer Berg. Within walking distance is the train station Gesundbrunnen and the subway station Voltastraße (U8).

The furnished room costs 540,- per month including utilities, telephone and wifi. There are dishes, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a bathtub and an old bicycle. We can share all that.

If you want to bring a pet, e.g. a dog, that’s fine with me, as long as the pet is happy too.

I am 56 years old, so it would be great if you, preferable a woman, are at least 30 years or older. I speak German, English, Spanish and a little French. I am interested in wildflowers, animals of all kinds, health, environment, urban gardening, art.…
